An empty list is not evidence of no spending or a zero balance. Creating checkout access is not a bank transaction and does not confirm payment or settlement.
For a simulation card, data contains up to 25 own test transaction records. Their monetary amounts are integer EUR cents. There are no pagination or filter arguments.
Both modes exclude wallet identity, balances, owner identifiers, and other agents’ activity. This read remains available while payment access is disabled, provided the key is valid. It never debits funds.
