Amounts are integer EUR cents. availableToSpend is capped by the wallet balance and is zero when frozen. cardStatus is active or frozen. fundsReserved: false means allowances do not set aside wallet funds. The relationships identify resources; there is currently no REST card retrieval endpoint. See Spending controls and Errors.
